At Hapa Kristin, we want you to love your gaze; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unworn contact lenses within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened lens boxes in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided return label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement lenses within 5-7 business days.
